And because he is willing to give him the time of day, he has decided that he will take up some of that day. He will pay a visit. He will go and see him in person. He's a lot harder to ignore, in person.

So up he strolls to the garage where Tachibana does most of his work, wearing his usual dark coat over a more Prismatica-themed button-up shirt in varying shades of blue. The weather is getting a little cooler. He ought to dress like someone should for weather like this, if he doesn't want strangers to suspect there's something out of the ordinary with him.
