Kotaro's Book
A book simply titled "Kamen Rider" by one Kotaro Shirai.
The cover is a stylized sketch of Blade's armor with the title across the top.
The book is split into 7 sections, BOARD, Undead, Garren, Blade, Chalice, Leangle and Battle Fight. Various illustrations paper the chapters, mostly of monsters and armor.

Section 1 : BOARD

The illustrations in this chapter are mostly of the armor, detail on the buckle and other points of interest on the suit. The text tells the story of a young researcher (mentioned only by his Rider name) who was part of BOARD when the seal on the Undead was broken and was the first successful candidate for new and untested Rider System.
The chapter continues, telling of Garren's early battles alone vs the Undead as the Blade system was being developed, and how after Blade's recruitment, Garren's health began to decline. The function of the Rider System that made it the strongest when the Rider was in the proper mental state had the backside that as the stress of battle began to take its toll, the system began to manifest Garren's worries and fears as physical ailments, degrading his sync with the Undead that powered his System and causing an out of control spiral of negative emotions.
Section 4 : Blade
The chapter on the second of BOARD's Riders has a warmer tone to it somehow as starts off painting the picture of an energetic and enthusiastic young man, carefully scouted by BOARD's researchers for his high compatibility with the Blade system. Because of his natural skill, he swiftly surpassed Garren in ability, something which caused a rift between the pair. That rift seemed to reach its peak when an Undead destroyed BOARD's current headquarters, the circumstances painting the ugly possibility that Garren may have been behind it, as he had been spotted carrying off Karasuma, BOARD's chief as the destruction happened...
The chapter continues, talking about Blade's crisis of not knowing what he was fighting for, or anything much about BOARD and desperately seeking answers, and only finding fragments of them. The search for Garren and Karasuma quickly spiraled into heated confrontations, Garren finally admitting to Blade what the System was doing to him, and Karasuma staging his own death to avoid answering for it.
A new arrival even further complicated matters: Isaka, a high level Undead with a human form, arranging for Blade's capture for study...
Section 5 : Chalice
After the introduction, the story picks up again with Isaka using a planted bomb to force Chalice to help him "test" Blade's capabilities, something that convinces Blade that Chalice is on Isaka's side, even as Garren and Karasuma independently arrive to rescue Blade from Isaka's clutches.
The backlash from the Garren system leave the Rider incapacitated, needing to be rescued himself. Karasuma finally explains the situation, and Garren, convinced he's a coward who cannot change, attempts to quit being a Rider, only to be targeted by Isaka, who offers him a cure for his ills. When refused, Isaka defeats and forces the "cure" on Garren, using a combination of drugs and mind control to force Garren to fight against Blade on his behalf.
The story continues, reveling that Isaka's plan is to capture the Category Ace to create his own Rider. Garren and Blade continue to clash, Blade trying to get through to his fellow Rider. Chalice briefly steps in, only to be defeated as Isaka joins Garren for an almost deadly team up. Blade finds him and helps patch him up, forging a truce between the pair.
Blade, in his attempt to find Garren, comes cross Garren's girlfriend, who as doctor, has been looking into the drugs Isaka has been using in her own attempt to break the Undead's control. She brings the bad news that Isaka's drugs have a deadly side effect, and extended use will send Garren to an early grave.
