General Appearance:

Height: 180cm/5 foot 11
Age: 35 on arrival (2016-06-18)
Standard outfit: Slightly oversized black jacket, zipped up, black or dark khaki slacks. Almost always wears sage green, khaki and black. Often wears functionally the same outfit every day. Also always wearing a ace of diamonds ring, watch, and diamond-shaped necklace.

Note: Almost all his icons are from when he was 25, as that is when the series take place. The 10 years later drama CD was audio only, so all images of him at his proper ages are from promo materials or a very brief AU cameo in a crossover movie.

Powers and such

Tachibana picked up quite a few abilities in his stay in Syn, many of which he will lose as they were based on the environment that Syn took place in, so I will only be listing the ones that would be possible for him to retain.

First, though it’s not exactly an ability, I would like him to come with Garren as well. Garren is about a foot and a half tall pokemon-type creature. He does not speak, but can be vocal and communicates via gestures, physical emoting, and to those he’s close to, sign language (which sometimes doesn't come across so well due to the size of his hands and the gloves he wears).

Alternate forms:
- Seahorse-mermaid ( http://fran-web.net/Temp/RPStuff/ManietteDrawsSeahorseDad.jpg Very limited ability to breathe above water, so limited to use underwater. Also, very, very slow so there’s no risk of him swimming anywhere far)
- Greek Centaur
- Stonefolk (think Disney’s Gargoyles. This form cannot be awake in daylight, but is very agile and able to basically parkour all over the place)
- Husky

In addition, Garren can also transform into a small dragon and a husky puppy. In dragon form, he can produce electricity to attack with a static shock, and also communicate via a form of telepathy that mostly projects colors and emotions. Sometimes images with enough concentration and when it’s to someone he’s bonded with. Puppy form just comes with the power of being just so cute!

Additional powers:
- Elementalism: The ability to summon and control fire to a very limited degree. With intense concentration he can call the equivalent flame that you’d see on a birthday candle. This ability is very taxing and not something he can do often without getting a heck of a headache.

- Siren Song I: Song of Calming: The ability to sing or hum a tune that, when successful, will calm the person the Song is aimed at. This ability can be blocked out by someone covering their ears and excessive use of song causes addiction (complete with nasty withdrawal symptoms)

- Immortal Ichor: A passive ability that manifests as what looks like mercury in Tachibana’s veins. This ichor stops his aging and renders him functionally immortal with a super accelerated healing process. Ineffective against magical poisons or decapitation.

- Olympian Mantle: Apollo: This ability gives Tachibana a scaled down version of Apollo’s healing and purification powers. When activated, it causes a glow of sunlight that can purify anything from water to a human body, and cause rapid healing. There is a physical drain that corresponds to how much is healed/purified and after too much use, Tachibana will need to sleep to recover.

- Dreamcatching: Via use of a talisman of personal significance (in this case, Tachibana’s watch he received from Sayoko) nightmares are intercepted and transformed into mental energy that is stored within the talisman until accessed. Charging is a slow process, but the primary use is to improve sleep by keeping nightmares from impacting the psyche.

- Perpetual Creativity Magic: Metal sculpture: The ability to functionally program metal sculpture (that Tachibana himself has created) with magic, allowing them to do various things, such as move on their own, or act as alarms.

- Super Sneak: The ability, through mime-magic, to be completely undetectable by sight and sound for a 15 minute duration. This is incredibly draining and if Tachibana uses all 15 minutes at once, he will pass out and be asleep for quite a few hours afterwards.
